Common issues and fixes.

Check your internet connection, then try refreshing the page. On iPhone, make sure your device is not on Silent mode. If the issue persists, try a different browser — Chrome or Firefox tend to be most reliable.
Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data. On a corporate network, ask your IT team to whitelist stream.purehitsdigital.com on ports 80 and 443.
Our streams are delivered in HD audio at 256kbps. Poor quality is usually caused by a slow internet connection — you need at least 1Mbps for a reliable stream.
